<p style="text-align: justify;">Le Service d&rsquo;urologie du Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Vaudois (CHUV) est un des deux services universitaires de Suisse Romande. En urologie, la Suisse compte six services dans les cliniques universitaires. Le Service d&rsquo;urologie dispose d&rsquo;une unit&eacute; clinique d&rsquo;h&eacute;bergement de 18 lits (avec acc&egrave;s &agrave; 12 lits suppl&eacute;mentaires) et d&rsquo;une Unit&eacute; de consultation, intitul&eacute;e plateforme d&rsquo;urologie, laquelle est en ligne avec l&rsquo;Unit&eacute; de neuro-urologie et le centre d&rsquo;endoscopie. Par ailleurs, la plateforme d&rsquo;urologie g&egrave;re, en collaboration avec le D&eacute;partement d&rsquo;oncologie (DO), le Centre interdisciplinaire de la vessie et le Centre interdisciplinaire de la prostate pour l&rsquo;ensemble des activit&eacute;s diagnostiques. L&rsquo;activit&eacute; op&eacute;ratoire du Service d&rsquo;urologie se d&eacute;ploie sur 3 sites s&eacute;par&eacute;s.</p>

<li>Diriger, organiser et g&eacute;rer le d&eacute;veloppement de toutes les activit&eacute;s d&rsquo;un Service d&rsquo;urologie universitaire.</li>
<li>Assurer et renforcer l\'expertise et la qualit&eacute;́ des missions cliniques/prestations du service tout en d&eacute;veloppant des collaborations et synergies multidisciplinaire et interinstitutionnelles en lien avec le plan strat&eacute;gique du CHUV.</li>
<li>F&eacute;d&eacute;rer, conduire et d&eacute;velopper une recherche clinique et acad&eacute;mique de haut niveau, financ&eacute;e par des fonds externes expertis&eacute;s et publi&eacute;e dans des journaux scientifiques de qualit&eacute;́.</li>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The urology Service at the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Vaudois (CHUV) is one of the two university services in western Switzerland. There are six urology services in university hospitals in the country. The urology Service features an 18-bed clinical unit (with access to another 12 beds) and a consultation unit, known as the urology platform, which is in line with the neuro-urology unit and the endoscopy center. In collaboration with the Department of oncology (DO), the urology platform also runs the Interdisciplinary Bladder Center and the Interdisciplinary Prostate Center for all diagnostic activities. The urology Service operates from 3 different sites.</p>

<li>Lead, organize and manage the development of all activities of a university urology service.</li>
<li>Ensure and reinforce the expertise and quality of the service clinical missions, while developing multidisciplinary and inter-institutional collaborations and synergies in line with the CHUV\'s strategic plan.</li>
<li>Federate, conduct and develop a high-level clinical and academic research, financed by expert external funds and published in recognized scientific journals.</li>

<li>PhD en &eacute;pid&eacute;miologie, biostatistique, science des donn&eacute;es ou titre jug&eacute; &eacute;quivalent ; sp&eacute;cialisation/expertise en &eacute;pid&eacute;miologie spatiale.</li>
<li>Comp&eacute;tences en gestion des donn&eacute;es massives en sant&eacute; et en intelligence artificielle, y compris la ma&icirc;trise des outils d&rsquo;analyse dans le domaine de l&rsquo;&eacute;pid&eacute;miologie spatiale.</li>

<li>Develop and provide leadership for scientific activities in the field of spatial epidemiology in public health, including health promotion and the epidemiology of chronic diseases, including cancer.</li>
<li>Provide university-level teaching in epidemiological research as part of Unisant&eacute;\'s academic curriculum.</li>
<li>Provide expertise in the field of spatial epidemiology for public health and community medicine services and institutions.</li>
<li>Develop collaboration and outreach at national and international level with spatial epidemiology research groups.</li>
</ul>

<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li>PhD in epidemiology, biostatistics, data science or a qualification deemed equivalent; specialization/expertise in spatial epidemiology.</li>
<li>Skills in the management of massive health data and artificial intelligence, including mastery of analysis tools in the field of spatial epidemiology.</li>
<li>Leadership in epidemiological and public health research.</li>
<li>Advanced managerial skills (management of teams and various projects).</li>
<li>Capacity for interdisciplinary collaboration and networking with other research groups, including at international level.</li>
<li>Management and communication skills and experience.</li>
<li>Willingness to play an active part in the development of Unisant&eacute; and the Faculty of Biology and Medicine.</li>
<li>Academic knowledge at professorial level with proven experience in pre- and postgraduate teaching.</li>
<li>Ability to set up research programs in spatial epidemiology that can be supported by expert external funding.</li>
<li>Fluency in English, good knowledge of German and good knowledge of French (LM or minimum B2, C1 ideal) or ability to acquire it rapidly.</li>
